In Venice, a French agent tries to recover printing plates, used to print fake currency, from an ex-Nazi who stole them during WW2.
Cute Sophie is an amoral French girl living in a sumptuous Venetian palazzo. She is the kept woman of a very rich but undesirable fellow named Eric von Bergen, an ex-nazi turned forger. Not long ago, she was still the mistress of another shady guy by the name of Sforzi, now von Bergen's secretary. She falls in love with yet another man, this time a handsome compatriot, Michel Lafaurie, an honest reporter-photographer. Her love is true but destiny is rampaging its way through the wintry alleys of Venice... Written by Guy Bellinger
...a sensuous motion picture by the bold hands that shaped "And God Created Woman"...a film of unusual mood and contrasts...a new experience in sight and sound
